Jason Moreau
Founder, President & CEO
Jason W. Moreau has served as the leading executive of Cytiva Software Inc. (CRX:TSX-V) since forming the company in 1995, and has continuously provided its vision, leadership and management. In that short time, the company has grown to be a leading supplier of Talent Management software for corporate mid-market companies in North America. Mr. Moreau has over 12 years of experience in the software industry, including serving as a consultant to QED Software Solutions Ltd., Whistler Real Estate Co. and Pacific Customs Brokers Ltd. A native of Vancouver, BC, Mr. Moreau holds a Diploma of Computer Science Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Jennifer Fray
Vice President of Client Services
Ms. Fray joined SonicRecruit’s sales team in 1998 where she brought in some of the largest accounts, including Fortune 500 companies. For the past few years, Ms. Fray has developed, trained and managed SonicRecruit’s Client Services division, earning it a reputation for excellence.
Ms. Fray honed her consulting skills while previously employed by Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group. She also possesses a wealth of experience in both corporate & agency recruiting.
Ms. Fray earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sales and marketing from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL. In addition to her duties with SonicRecruit, Ms. Fray is active in volunteer work with both Project Open Hand preparing meals for people that are homebound due to illness, and Larkin Street Youth Services, a program focused on helping kids, ages 12-24, off the street.
Scott B. Marsh
Vice President Sales
With 25 years experience in Human Resources and Human Resource systems, Mr. Marsh is responsible for growing sales, managing the sales process and personnel, training, establishing vendor relationships, developing new sales channels, and providing product input.
Mr. Marsh’s extensive sales and sales management experience in Human Resource Management Systems is reflected in his previous employment as VP of Sales for InterAct, Inc.; Sales Manager, Internet Products at Webhire, Inc.; HRMS Sales Consultant at ADP; Sales Representative at Spectrum HR Systems Corporation; and, Software Instructor at Integral Systems, Inc.
Scott’s educational background includes a diploma in International Business from Stichting Nijenrode, Breukelen, Holland and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Industrial Relations and Organizational Behavior from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA.
Ian Alexander
Vice President Marketing and Public Relations
An accomplished leader with a track record of growing customer bases and leading HR technology companies through innovative marketing and PR strategies, Mr. Alexander most recently served as President of CCHKnowledgePoint, where he transitioned the company into a leading mid-market performance management solution provider and spearheaded the sale of the company to Vurv (formerly Recruitmax). Prior to that, Mr. Alexander served as Vice President of Marketing for KnowledgePoint where he was instrumental in rapidly growing the company's revenues and developing some of software industry's first on-demand HR applications.
Prior to his work with KnowledgePoint and CCHKnowledgePoint, Ian held responsible marketing positions for American Express and Birkenstock, USA. Ian Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from California State University, Sonoma.
Derek Hemmes
Vice President Product Development
With an education that includes Psychology, Business and Computer Science, Derek's professional history spans from working in public relations in the tourism industry to developing software for internet and design consulting companies. As a co-founder of Cytiva's one45 Software, he has been involved in the design, development and implementation of one45's software packages.

Larry J. McFadden
Director
Mr. McFadden has been a Vice President of Yorkton Securities Inc. since 2001 and President of Pheasant Capital Corp. (a private investment holding company). Prior to this he spent eleven years as Senior Vice President and Director of a Vancouver based brokerage firm. He is a past board member of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and member of the Pacific Council of the Investment Dealers Association.
Vikas Kaushal
Director, CFO
Mr. Kaushal is a Partner at Hedden Chong, Chartered Accountants of Vancouver, BC where he has built a practice that includes both private and public companies for which he provides a variety of accounting and tax related consulting services. Mr. Kaushal holds Bachelors in Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University.
Don Safnuk
Director
Mr. Safnuk founded Corporate Recruiters in 1980 – a recruiting business focused entirely on the technology sector. Mr Safnuk has taken a leading role in the local British Columbia tech community, working with the British Columbia Technology Industries Association and Vancouver Island Advanced Technology Centre on their mandates to help transform and grow BC’s knowledge economy through technology innovation and commercialization. Besides using his extensive network and knowledge of tech sector issues, Don also works to develop the philanthropic role of the tech community through BC Technology Social Venture Partners, an innovative network of British Columbia technology leaders that he co-founded and chaired for three years.
